I had a flat tire on Thanksgiving eve. The only place open and that I felt that was reputable to go to the day after Thanksgiving with Mercedes-Benz in Beverly Hills I called the service department and they were able to accommodate me. Unfortunately I needed to replace all my tires due to wear and one tire was severely damage they gave me a loaner sent me home and have my car ready clean and on the road the following day at noon.

I had my 2002 there for 3 weeks meanwhile I had a beautiful loaner mine was a very odd problem with a sensor but they finally located it and fixed it - they kept it until they found the problem and the even took it for a long ride that I Ok'd to make sure it was ok .
